- I am allowed to decline any commission without reason- Clients must provide clear character references and poses- All of my work is for personal use unless discussed beforehand- Commercial use of my work is an additional 40% of the final price- Payment is up front through paypal----- If a refund is requested by the client I will refund depending on how much I have worked on the order.- Full refunds will be issued if I have not started working on a sketch of the clients order.
